Anoop is a practicing, board-certified emergency physician. His experiences with managing critically-ill patients led him to start thinking about how he could shift the focus of society from disease to wellbeing. He took time to study this while completing a master's degree in management with a focus in health leadership.
What Anoop discovered was an entirely different type of emergency: The education we all receive paints an incomplete picture of us. This has profound implications on wellbeing and healing. He has spent the last decade assimilating knowledge from personal experiences, cultures around the world, philosophy, science, and clinical medicine to crystallize the anatomy of wellbeing in the model of The Three Bodies, which anyone can understand and experience.
