The physical body is only one aspect of what you are.

Deeper than this physical body is your mind, a body unto itself. And deeper still is energetic body. In this course, we explore these three bodies en route to a more complete experience of yourself and life.

What approach does the course take?

We start by engaging and opening up the mind, instead of ignoring it or fighting it. Our minds have been conditioned over the years to hold beliefs that limit how we experience ourselves and the world. These beliefs are usually pushed aside in meditation. The problem is that once meditation is over, the beliefs can come back, clouding our experience again.

In this course, we begin by looking directly at the prevailing beliefs about who we are and what we're made of, and how those beliefs developed in our society. We then systematically deconstruct those beliefs. That means that our vision and understanding can remain clear even after meditation. Meditation goes from a practice to a way of living.

As the mind opens up, we explore its new perspective with 3 extensive guided meditations, one for each of the three bodies.

As a child, Anoop was surrounded by the ancient Indian teachings of Advaita Vedanta (philosophy of non-duality). He began to see that life could be lived from two perspectives—as a character in a story, and as something ineffable, beyond all stories. He experimented with this and discovered realms of experience that are not found in the textbooks we study. After going to medical school and training in emergency medicine, Anoop found that a deeper understanding of healing and human nature needed to be brought to light. He began writing and speaking on the topic of self-awareness and consciousness, focusing on how these can transform our experience of daily living. Anoop has collaborated with leading personalities in sharing this with audiences worldwide.

What are the three bodies?
This course refers to experiencing your three bodies—physical, mental, and energetic—as a framework for understanding and experiencing your full nature. The deeper bodies have been described in detail in ancient systems such as Yoga and Chinese medicine. Everyone recognizes the physical body. Most recognize at least part of the mental body. Few recognize the energetic body. And that's not all. Through understanding and experience, we ultimately find that the three bodies are not divided aspects of us at all, but rather one seamless flow.
